Jennifer- Minneapolis I decided to call Chris based upon the recommendation of a very good friend. He had coached her through some very difficult times and I was impressed with what she said. My husband and I had separated and I wanted to get started on a divorce, but I felt paralyzed about how to do so. It felt like a mountain standing before me. I arranged to meet Chris in person while I was in Washington DC, but then the real work began on the phone. What amazed me most about Chris was his combination of incredible insight, uncanny strategizing and terrific sense of humor. No matter how dark I thought my situation was, Chris was there, standing by my side with a flashlight. We peered into those dark corners and found new ways of looking at things, new constructs that offered me empowerment and a doorway to a previously invisible path. Over and over Chris helped me discover my own truth and ways to make it manifest in my life. He would come up with just the right mantra for me at different points, catch phrases like “consider the possibility that it is ridiculously easy” when I saw challenges as glacial. He was there for me, holding me accountable to my word, helping me meet deadlines, urging me to walk the talk of my best self. In the end, not only did I achieve my initial goal, but I gained enriched relationships with my children, more comfort with my work and an internal sense of myself that I love. He said he would help me build I world I believe in, and he did.--Jennifer
